We do not accept returns under any circumstance, whether the product is opened or unopened. We ask that you review your order carefully before checking out to ensure accuracy. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange any item that arrives damaged, leaking, or defective. If your package arrives with an issue, please contact us at
Support@golden5ive.com within three days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra charge. Please note that we are only able to process exchanges for damaged or defective items reported within the three-day window following delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
