At Golden5ive, we take care to ensure every order is packaged thoughtfully and shipped promptly. Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within two to four business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within Canada, excluding Quebec.  Estimated delivery time within Canada ranges from five to ten business days. A tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend waiting one to two additional business days as delays can occasionally occur. If the package still does not show up, please reach out to us at Support@golden5ive.com and we will be happy to assist. Golden5ive is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.
